<em><strong>or<\/strong><\/em> <em><strong>abridging the freedom of speech,<\/strong><\/em> or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.&#8221; (Emphasis added)<\/p>\n<p>This is The First Amendment.<\/p>\n<p>There is a reason our forefathers made this THE FIRST AMENDMENT.\u00a0 Because it is clearly the most important.<\/p>\n<p>Our freedom of speech is our most basic right as human beings.\u00a0 It&#8217;s how we communicate with each other on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<p>But you need to know something.<\/p>\n<p>That &#8220;freedom&#8221; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><em>It&#8217;s funny because it&#8217;s true!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>HA.<\/p>\n<p>Ha.<\/p>\n<p>ha.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Actually that fact that this kind of thing IS true, as seen <a title=\"here\" href=\"http:\/\/articles.philly.com\/2015-02-05\/news\/58800950_1_carry-on-bag-screener-terminal-b\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>, makes it a sobering reality and quite depressing, frankly.<\/p>\n<p>And the really scary thing about this is the TSA, who are supposed to be protecting our airways, rather than jailing innocent people, are actually letting almost anything that looks like a bomb pass through security, as shown <a title=\"here\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2007\/TRAVEL\/10\/18\/airport.screeners\/\" target=\"_blank\">here <\/a>&amp; Like <a title=\"Rob Lowe ads\" href=\"http:\/\/www.theblaze.com\/stories\/2015\/04\/09\/directv-pulls-rob-lowe-ads-after-comcast-says-theyre-not-true\/\" target=\"_blank\">DirecTV<\/a>?<\/div>\n<div>Don&#8217;t you love those Rob Lowe and alter-ego Rob Lowe funny commercials?\u00a0 Well, say GOODBYE to them!\u00a0 GONE!<\/div>\n<div>Why, you ask?\u00a0 Because Comcast got all bent out of shape saying that DirecTV had false advertising despite &#8220;DirectTV &#8230; said its customers get 99 percent signal reliability, the &#8216;best picture quality and sound&#8217; in the industry and more sports channels than with other competitors. The company also says to has the highest customer satisfaction rating among all TV providers and has ranked higher than cable for more than 10 years,&#8221;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Of course they bickered about whether or not that was true, but bottom line, Comcast got offended, and DirecTV had to pull a great idea for an ad campaign.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><em>But what about false advertising?<\/em><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Yeah? What about it?\u00a0 Turns out the current administration actually thinks false advertising is a great idea as seen <a title=\"Propo lift 1\" href=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/ndaa-legalizes-propaganda-2012-5\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a> and <a title=\"Propo lift 2\" href=\"http:\/\/www.buzzfeed.com\/mhastings\/congressmen-seek-to-lift-propaganda-ban#.haaVQGokQG\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"vk_ans\"><span data-dobid=\"hdw\">prop\u00b7a\u00b7gan\u00b7da<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"lr_dct_ent_ph\"><span class=\"lr_dct_ph\">\u02ccpr\u00e4p\u0259\u02c8\u0261and\u0259\/<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"lr_dct_sf_h\"><i>noun<\/i><\/div>\n<div class=\"xpdxpnd vk_gy\" data-mh=\"-1\">noun: <b>propaganda<\/b>; noun: <b>Propaganda<\/b><\/div>\n<ol class=\"lr_dct_sf_sens\">\n<li>\n<div>\n<div class=\"lr_dct_sf_sen vk_txt\">\n<div><strong>1<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"_Jig\">\n<div><span class=\"lr_dct_lbl_blk vk_gy\">derogatory<\/span><\/div>\n<div data-dobid=\"dfn\">information, especially of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view.<\/div>\n<div class=\"vk_gy\">&#8220;he was charged with distributing enemy propaganda&#8221;<\/div>\n<div class=\"vk_gy\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"vk_gy\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"vk_gy\"><em>But isn&#8217;t propaganda bad?!?<\/em><\/div>\n<div class=\"vk_gy\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"vk_gy\">Um, yeah, that&#8217;s why it was made <strong><em>illegal<\/em><\/strong> in 1948 after WWII by the <a title=\"Smith-Mundt\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Smith%E2%80%93Mundt_Act\" target=\"_blank\">Smith-Mundt Act<\/a>, but you don&#8217;t have to worry about that anymore.\u00a0 It&#8217;s now perfectly legal for the government to feed you whatever lies they want.<\/div>\n<div class=\"vk_gy\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"vk_gy\">Seriously.<\/div>\n<div class=\"vk_gy\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"vk_gy\">What was that again about &#8220;transparency?&#8221;<\/div>\n<div class=\"vk_gy\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"vk_gy\">\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Changing Touchstone of Transparency\" width=\"474\" height=\"267\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/J4AJ843ERnU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>WAKE UP AMERICA!!!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>This is a call to action.\u00a0 Because right now we are no more free than Dr. Theo Caulder as portrayed by Cuba Gooding Jr. in the movie Instinct.\u00a0 (Great movie, and SPOILER ALERT, I&#8217;m posting the climax!)
