Gay pride events have become mostly known for promoting one huge overriding issue that seems to stand out more than anything else. Ultimately — its their image! The image and brand that these people seem so glory bound in thrusting upon the rest of the world, plainly appears to be one where common decency has been utterly perverted. It seems apparent that their intent is to shock and destroy anything related to traditional straight common decency.
In my opinion, it forces straight parents into an awkward position of trying to explain it all to their children, while simultaneously not sounding negative or prejudiced against the LGBT community.
Ultimately, it seems that they’re gathered together to take ‘pride’ in sticking it to the rest of mainstream society — as if to firmly and viciously say: THERE, TAKE THAT Mr. Uptight Straight Community! All the while not seeming to give one care about how any of it will affect the younger generations, or even society as a whole.
Ultimately, It all seems extremely selfish on the part of the LGBT community, and counter-productive in the building of a unified society, as most traditional parents will never look upon such outward appearances with any amount of favor whatsoever — much less, view it as a decent or wholesome value to teach their children and promote within their family. It feels very unfair — especially coming from a group that so advocates fairness and equality.

The LGBT community has succeeded in stealing (ROBBING, like thieves in the night) the sacred term “marriage.” Yes, they wanted to institute their own brand of a couples union, which (btw) is a perfectly fine and acceptable thing to do. However, without paying any dues, and forgoing any test of time – they wanted the privilege of having their union looked upon (from the start) with all of the honored glory, and time tested respect as any traditional marriage between a man and a woman. Furthermore, they wanted it all handed to them right now – like some entitlement requiring no time or effort on their part. So, they persisted, and found a way to simply and gratuitously take something dear and sacred that traditional married men and women (together) have been building and shaping for centuries!
It was indeed an extremely clever heist, but they should know – the world generally doesn’t abide thieves for too long – no matter how cleverly they might steal. And, make no mistake – this is exactly what these people did! They coveted the power and privilege that has been built and shaped into the word ‘marriage’ over a long period of time, and set their sights on simply taking the whole of it – and making it their own. It’s plain to see that they have cleverly and successfully hoodwinked much of mainstream society into feeling the emotionality of their cause (as it were). But, they should know that there are still vast amounts of people in this world who will not simply stand-by and allow something so sacred – and what has been theirs for centuries – to be gratuitously plucked up and taken from them, to become (in their minds) perverted.
We are indeed sad about all of this, because we feel that we have been violated to the furthest extreme, and feel the LGBT community could have easily come up with their own term defining their unions upon which to build their own traditions – and out of sheer kindness left ours alone! So, I’ll take the liberty in speaking on behalf of all my fellow traditional married couples both past and present, and say to the LGBT community – I hope that you are never called upon to experience this magnitude of violation from any group on this earth, as I can attest that it is a much deeper hurt than could ever possibly be described!

You covet the power and privilege that has been built into the word ‘marriage’ over a long period of time, and have now set your sights on simply taking the whole of it – and making it your own. Make no mistake; it’s plain to see that your community has cleverly and successfully hoodwinked much of mainstream society into feeling the emotionality of your cause. But, know this, there are still plenty of us who WILL NOT simply stand-by and allow what has been ours for centuries to be gratuitously plucked up and taken from us.
We respectfully request that the LGBT community stop trying to be thieves, and become a little more creative in coming up with your own term – and leave ours alone!!! Despite what you have so desperately been trying to persuade the rest of us to believe, we simply do not view your collective lifestyle as being anything like ours, and are therefore refusing you the use of our sacred term.

It seems that since President Obamas announcement of his support for gay marriage, along with all of the recent combined efforts of Hollywood to break through the dam which has been holding back the immeasurable lake of sexual exploitations and openness, and now with Jenner showing his bravery and all — that the veritable floodgates of sexual perversion are now fully opened.

Immature love leads to economic disaster — by FlimFlam
In my long life I have often run across high school sophomore girls who are madly in love with “Billy Bob” who is a senior in the same high school. The hormone level is completely out of control and has totally immobilized the reason part of the brain. She just has to get married regardless of the wishes of her parents, his parents, and the rest of their family. She knows that she will be able to have the American dream as part of her life, have two or three or more children and live in a white house with a picket fence around it.
Billy Bob was then forced to drop out of high school before he had learned how to balance his bank account or to acquire employment that would be sufficient to support a family. “Caitlin” was even further behind on the educational ladder, and had absolutely no employment skills. Billy Bob got a job as an oilfield roughneck, or as an apprentice welder, working out of town. It wasn’t long before the lure of the neon beer signs enabled him to meet more experienced girls than Caitlin, dressed up and wearing makeup, and ever ready to party. Soon Caitlin was forgotten and Billy Bob had moved on.
Caitlin was now left at home, two small children on her hip, no education and no chance of landing a decent paying job. So she moved back in with mama, who was willing to babysit her babies while she went out and worked a nighttime job as a waitress in a greasy spoon café or cleaning motel rooms at the local Motel 6.
Times change but the situation seems pretty static even today. The main difference is that today we don’t even start out with Billy Bob and Caitlin getting married. The young couple just decide to hook up, and as a result of the lack of any sort of commitment, romance, or belief that a marriage will result, we wind up with a series of babydaddies, a complete lack of responsibility on the part of the Caitlins of today, and an even greater lack of responsibility on the part of the Billy Bobs. So after multiple appearances on Maury Povich’s TV show or Paternity Court, we let a DNA lab sort out who committed the dirty deed.
The Caitlin’s of today are flipping burgers at McDonald’s, Burger King, or Wendy’s, unless they have managed to get a job making pizzas at Papa John’s or slicing roast beef at Arby’s. These are the jobs that people with no education or job sets, and not much opportunity to change their situation wind up with.
But (and herein lies a massively HUGE problem) now they believe that they are entitled to earn a comfortable living while doing a job that could possibly be done by trained chimpanzees. They demand that their employer pay them at a rate of $15 per hour for scut labor. Their supervisors don’t make that. Many teachers don’t earn that, even with a college degree.
Ridiculous!

Pretend for a moment that your daughter or son (daddy’s little girl, or momma’s good boy) comes to you, and in an ever so innocent approach asks… “this year, instead of going with you guys on the family vacation, would there be any problem (with me) going with my friends to Panama City Beach for spring break?”
Hyphenated Americans need to STOP segregating themselves. By adding your simple adjective you are relegating yourselves as non-inclusive in the American experiment. Should you know and be proud of your heritage? Of course! History is important, and it is true that those who do not know history are doomed to repeat it. However, to LIVE in the past by demanding labels is to ignore the future. And in ignoring the future you are failing to plan for the future.
And failing to plan is planning to fail.

Enough with all the infernal Racism! It’s gone on far too long, and too many great people on both sides are simply worn-out from all of it! It is a ridiculous way for people to act toward one another, and will never produce anything good toward the bettering of humanity – ever! It is nothing more than a loathsome beast which feeds on hatred and wields an unrighteous dark and ugly power – strong-arming good people everywhere, and holding them back from otherwise coming together and loving one another. It is the work of evil, and anyone who participates in it – even in the least degree, is committing an egregious transgression against their fellow man. Such a person stands desperately in need of being humbled unto repentance, and praying for help to overcome this dark and bitter scourge upon mankind!
Racism will destroy us – and fixing it begins with us, all of us, right here, right now!
The solution is simple. Humble ourselves, and put forth a righteous effort toward loving one another, availing ourselves to a little help from above. Only then – shall we truly “overcome,” and experience the resulting blessings that ensue!
